Thanksgiving Dinner
Our Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner:
Relish Tray
Jello Fluff
Ceaser Salads
Cranberries
Roasted Turkey
Stuffing
Mashed Potatoes
Corn
Squash

What you Need:
2-Chicken Breasts sliced into thin pieces
1lb Andoulli Sausage, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
5 Sliced Green Onions
1 Sliced Red Pepper
1 cup Sliced Celery
3 Tbls Olive Oil
3 Cloves Crushed Garlic
1 package cooked spaghetti noodles
your Favorite Hot Sauce
What you Do:
In a large Wok, heat oil add Garlic, stirfry chicken until almost done, add Andoulli sausage, cook til done, add onions celery and peppers, cook till tender, mix well with spaghetti noodles
To Serve:
Just put it on the plate, add enough hot sauce to make you sweat and enjoy!!

My Cuban Sandwiches!!
Ya Gotta try these!!!
What you Need:
Pork Roast cooked in a slow cooker until done through
Ham Slices
Roasted Red Peppers
Bacon-Thousand Island Dressing
Mozzerella Cheese Slices
Sub Sandwich Rolls
What you Do:
First, fire up BBQ to low heat, place bricks or similar size/weight flat stones, covered with foil on BBQ and let heat up. While heating, Cut Sub rolls and layer the following: Mozzerella Cheese, Sliced pork, Ham, Roasted Peppers, Dressing, Mozzerella chees, then top with top half of bread. Once all sandwiches are prepared, place on low heat in the BBQ and set bricks/rocks on top to flatten, press slightly if needed. Cook until bottoms begin to brown and cheese is melted. Cut crossways at angles and serve.

BBQ Ribs and all the Fixins
A SUMMER FAVORITE OF ALL!!
What you need:
Lots of Baby Back pork ribs
Favorite Seasoning
BBQ Sauce
Corn on the Cob
Baked Beans
Several large Potatoes
What you do:
Start your charcol and let get completely white, you want bbq to be at a fairly low heat, 250 degrees, put seasoned ribs on bbq for 2 1/2 hours, turning and inspecting often, during last 30 minutes put BBQ sauce on ribs. In mean time, cut potatoes into chunks, coat with spray on Olive oil, dust with cajun seasoning and place into 425 degree oven for an hour, then husk corn and place in boiling water for 10 minutes before you eat, cooked baked beans, serve to hungry people!!
